We are aware that Premera plans to
cease clearinghouse operations effective 3/14/2011 and are working to transition
our Premera customers to the AVAILITY clearinghouse. You can
contact Availity at www.availity.com
and/or 800-282-4548 to begin signing up. Once you have that done
you can call BROYLES Software to have us switch your software over.
We are aware of the ANSI X12 5010
format changes, and will be testing later this year.

For questions on reports that you received from
your clearinghouse, please contact them first to get a clear picture of
what the problem is. Often times errors can be resolved simply by
changing a keypunch routine.
